We are blessed that your family will be joining us! We pray this will be a great chapter in your homeschooling journey, providing not only education for your children but also community and growth in your faith as well. Please read the homepage links thoroughly. The "Get to Know Us" and "FAQs" section will answer most of your questions.
There is an annual registration fee of $150 per family. That's it! There are no separate fees for each class. This family registration fee is nonrefundable. One of the ways this co-op continues to be affordable is because Moms (or Dads!) volunteer for two class hours and attend support group a third hour. We can't wait to see how God wants to use you to impact our kids this year!
Please note this registration is the family membership registration, not the class registration. Only registered members will be able to register for classes once that goes live.
New Family Member Registration
Were you a member last year? Click "Renew Membership" in the left-side menu instead. No need to fill out the entire form again!
If you are new this year, you are in the right place!
On this page, you will be prompted to create a user name and password. Write it down! This will be the way you access the website for Class Registration and to communicate throughout the year.
On this page you will also input each child's information such as name, birthdate, grade, allergies. Be sure to click "Add Child" and write the info for each child. You will then be asked about your Church Affiliation, Curriculum/Teaching Style, and Year you started homeschooling. This page then asks whether you would like to receive the forum emails as a daily digest or immediately. Please select to receive the forum emails immediately. This is our main way of reaching you all and we need to stay in touch.
We then ask you to explain your God Story, what classes you would like for your kids to take, and what areas you are willing to volunteer. The Member Handbook is uploaded here. Please read it in its entirety and read it to your kids. You will need to agree that you understand weekly attendance is mandatory, this is a year-long commitment, you understand and agree to abide by the Handbook and Statement of Faith, and that a background check will be conducted before the first day of co-op.
You will then have the option to pay the Family Membership Fee online or by mailing a check. Once payment is received, you will have access to the website for Class Registration in the summer. **We are able to provide Tuition Assistance to a few families. There is a form on this website in the left menu. Email [email protected] for more information (confidential to director and treasurer).**
Lastly, click Snack Rotation under the Registration tab in the left menu. Please write your name to at least two places on the calendar.
